Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every engagement to start with clear expectations. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for services provided by Medinhouse Consulting LLC.

1. Before work begins

If you cancel an accepted Proposal before any work has started, we will refund 100% of any amount paid.

2. After work has begun

If you cancel after work has started, you will be charged only for the work completed up to the cancellation date, calculated pro rata against the agreed scope. Any amount paid in excess of that will be refunded.

3. Delivered work

Deliverables that have already been completed and delivered are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with a deliverable, let us know within 14 days of delivery and we will work with you to revise it within the agreed scope.

4. Discovery calls

Initial discovery calls are free of charge.

5. How to request a refund

Email medinhouses@gmail.com with your name, invoice number and the reason for your request. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

6. Rescheduling

Calls and sessions can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
